The theme of this course is based on the fundamental methodology of problem-solving: PROBLEM – CAUSE – SOLUTION – APPLY – RESULTS.

Aligning to this theme, the course breaks down into five sections:

• Section 1 – PROBLEM

Got stuck in a stagnant career, career progression too slow, not getting promoted.

• Section 2 – CAUSES

WHY do we get stuck, WHY do we usually struggle to grow after some point in our careers? What are the reasons?

• Section 3 – SOLUTION

WHAT can we do about it? WHAT can we do to get promoted and grow fast?

• Section 4 – APPLY

HOW do you apply in real-time what you learn in this course? You will also learn some simple habits that will push you to apply what you learned, for remarkable results.

• Section 5 – RESULTS

A powerful Takeaway tool to apply what you learn in the course, so that this is not just another course but you are seeing results in real-time in your career.

• In this course, you will be able to relate to the reasons why people usually get stuck in a stagnant career though they work hard most of the time, they do everything right and perform well in their roles.
